Position: Business Development Manager / Executive ( 2 yrs - 8yrs)
Domain : Fashion and Lifestyle (for the soon to-be-launched portal )
Location : Mumbai , Bangalore , Delhi
Experience : 2.5 – 8 years relevant exp
A suitably experienced and qualified candidate who will be directly responsible for the overall growth of ISPL's Lifestyle business.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for all business objectives and targets as set for the Portal by the management for its Fashion business/portal.
- Will be directly responsible for the P & L through the integrated offering of the Portal across mobile, internet and IP platforms.
- Will explore strategic alliances with various companies / Brands associated with the Fashion and Lifestyle industry to grow the overall business.
- Will be responsible for all Marketing Strategizing and Activation of Marketing plans.
Required Skills, Education and Experience:
- Graduate, post-graduate in Commerce/Science/Arts/Advertising/Mass Communication.
- 2 - 5 years experience in the Lifestyles, Fashion, Entertainment industry is preferred.
- He/She should have strong networking & relationship-building skills with existing mix of contacts within large media companies / Lifestyles businesses / Designer communities.
- Should have leadership skills to lead, motivate a team of professionals to meet the business targets.
- Demonstrates initiative and ability to adapt and strategize alliances as per changing consumer/market trends and organization's requisites
- Independent self-starter, detail oriented, futurist and should be able to work collaboratively and in partnership with the Content Head for all rollouts to meet targets within set timelines.

A Suitably qualified and experienced person with capabilities to think out-of-the-box for creating an exciting Portal experience in the Lifestyle business.
Position : Content Manager / Executive ( 2 yrs - 6yrs)
Domain : Fashion and Lifestyle
Location : Mumbai Experience: 2 – 6 years relevant exp
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for defining the Content Strategy on the Portal, in line with the objective of generating adequate quality traffic on the site.
- Will look after execution of the strategy and will build an execution team capable of networking with the Designer community and other relevant social circuits.
- Will generate content in line with strategy as well as in line with the overall vision of the Portal.
- Will need to work in tandem with the Business Head to generate marketable Portal properties, capable of generating future business.
- Fulfillment of alliance and sponsor commitments accurately, with an eye for detail.
Required Skills:
- Mature Graduates, with excellent communication skills and an insightful approach to all activities.
- Must be able to articulate verbally and in writing on insights with strong analytical skills.
- Must have good conceptualising and execution skills.
- Must be knowledgable with an ability to think through relevance of content sequences, and envision the acceptability with Portal traffic.
- Excellent networking skills and relationship building, with ability to manage celebrities.
